These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your booking of a discovery call with Requiem Consulting LLC (“Requiem Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a call.
This website exists to let you schedule a discovery call with us through our third-party scheduling provider, Cal.com. It does not sell products or services directly, process payments, or provide any consulting advice on its own. Booking a discovery call is an introductory conversation only and does not create a consulting, advisory, or other professional engagement unless and until we enter into a separate written agreement.
When you book, you agree to provide accurate information and to use a valid email address you control. You are responsible for keeping, rescheduling, or cancelling your appointment through the tools provided. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or decline any booking at our discretion.
Bookings are handled by Cal.com, and your use of the booking widget is also subject to Cal.com’s own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of Cal.com or any other third-party service.
Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Requiem Consulting LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written permission. All rights reserved.
This site and the booking function are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Requiem Consulting LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of this site or the booking of a call. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or this site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
